Our Guarantee

Balmbare offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 60 days of confirmed delivery for a refund. Please read the conditions below carefully — not all items or situations qualify.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

1. Your refund request is submitted within 60 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

2. The items being returned are unopened and untouched in their original sealed condition — jars that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with are not eligible.

3. You must physically return the eligible items to us before a refund is issued — we do not offer refunds without return of product.

4. Return shipping is at your expense

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@balmbare.com with subject line: Return Request — Order [your order number]. Include your name, the email address used at checkout, and the number of unopened jars you are returning. We will respond within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.

Do not send items back before receiving return instructions — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items and Situations

1. Opened, used, or partially consumed items

2. Items returned without prior authorization

3. Requests submitted outside the 60-day window from delivery

4. Return shipping costs

5. Orders where a chargeback or payment dispute has already been filed

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for an order that is eligible for our refund process — or for a subscription charge that was properly authorized — bypasses our resolution process and may be considered fraudulent. We document every transaction, delivery event, and subscription authorization and provide this documentation to our payment processor in full. Please contact us before filing any dispute.
