Where We Ship

Balmbare ships from our US-based fulfillment warehouse. We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. For inquiries about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses, contact info@balmbare.com before placing an order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing time is separate from transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–14 business days after your order ships. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8–17 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier once your order has shipped.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving this email for the carrier's tracking system to update. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, contact info@balmbare.com.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 15 or more consecutive business days, contact us at info@balmbare.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. Non-receipt claims must be submitted within 60 days of your order date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package: check all entry points, mailbox, and with neighbors or building staff; wait 24–48 hours as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early. If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.

Incorrect Address

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Balmbare is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable address will be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded less the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once your order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number generated, Balmbare's responsibility for the physical condition and location of the package transfers accordingly.

Subscription Orders

All shipping terms above apply equally to subscription renewal shipments. Each renewal generates a new order and a new tracking number.
